Artwork Set Up

Supply the cutter guide on its own layer, as a spot colour named CutContour set to overprint. Do not flatten it into the artwork.
Build the design at 100% final size, CMYK, 150dpi at final size.
Add 5mm bleed beyond the cut line all round.
Keep critical content 10mm inside the cut line, and avoid internal corners tighter than 5mm radius, the blade cannot follow them.

Technical Specification

Any shape, cut to your supplied guide, up to 1200 x 1200mm.
Stocks: 3.5mm Correx, 3mm Aluminium Composite, 3mm and 5mm Foam PVC, 2000mic Display Board.
Printed single sided.
Price steps in bands rather than rising smoothly with size, because the cost is driven by how many pieces nest on a sheet.
Cut tolerance: +/- 1mm. Minimum internal radius: 5mm.

Despatch dates exclude weekends and public holidays.
