Supply the cutter path as a vector spot colour named CutContour, set to overprint, on its own layer.
Artwork at 100% final size, 100-150dpi, CMYK.
Add 5mm bleed beyond the cut line and keep content 10mm inside it.
Avoid internal corners tighter than 10mm radius - the router bit will not reach them.
